Terms of service

A prototype in a pilot

Viply, also called Dubai Quest, is a prototype tested in a limited pilot. It is not an official government service and no authority has endorsed it. Features can change or stop at any time, and we do not guarantee that the service is available, accurate or error free.

Who may use Viply

You must be 18 or older and use your own phone or browser. Each traveller joins and agrees individually, also when you travel with a group. A guide, agency or host cannot accept these terms or the privacy notice for you.

What Viply does

Viply suggests plans built from a list of places we have checked, and explains why. Plans are suggestions, not instructions. Opening hours, queues, weather, traffic and entry rules can change, so please check what matters to you. Viply gives no medical, legal, visa or immigration advice; for those, use the official UAE government pages.

• Layover trips: you are responsible for getting back in time for your flight and for following your airline's instructions. Alerts help but can be late or wrong.
• Viply is not an emergency service. In danger, call the local emergency number (999 for the police in the UAE).

Bookings and payments

In the pilot Viply does not make bookings and does not take payments. A table or taxi request is prepared as a draft or a request, and only after you approve it. Nothing is confirmed unless the venue or provider confirms it to you directly. Viply does not promise any price.

Points and rewards

Points are a non-monetary reward for visiting places. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.

• You earn points for accepted check-ins. The points a place gives can change at any time.
• A reward is offered and fulfilled by the partner venue under the terms shown with the reward. Stock is limited.
• A reward code is valid for 7 days (or until the reward ends, if sooner). An unused code then expires and its points return to your balance.
• If a check-in that earned points is rejected later, those points and any code they paid for can be cancelled.
• If you delete your data, unused codes are cancelled and the points cannot be restored.

Acceptable use

Please use Viply honestly. You must not:

• check in without being at the place, or fake your location (GPS spoofing, location tools);
• share, photograph or post venue QR codes so that others can check in without visiting;
• create several accounts, or use automation, to collect points or rewards;
• send unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or other people's personal data;
• try to access other people's data, probe or disturb our systems, or copy the service at scale.

What happens if the rules are broken

We may reject check-ins, void points, cancel reward codes, and suspend or end your access. Rejected check-ins and voided points are recorded so that we can explain the decision to you on request.

Your messages

Your messages stay yours. You allow us to process them only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes. Please do not send sensitive details you do not need to share.

Other services

WhatsApp is provided by Meta and its own terms apply to your use of it. Venues and partners are independent, and we are not responsible for what they provide. Links to other sites are not endorsements.

Our rights

The Viply software, name, logo and content belong to Next Vision Ai, LLC or its licensors. You may use the service for your own trip, and for nothing else, without our written consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Viply is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by missed flights, closed venues, changed plans, third-party services or events beyond our control. To the same extent, our liability for direct loss is limited to what the law allows for a free service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer or a data subject.

Ending your use

You can stop at any time: send STOP to stop messages, or DELETE MY DATA to erase your data. We may suspend or end the pilot or your access, for example for misuse or for technical or legal reasons.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live, including the UAE.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material we will tell you in the chat before it applies, and by continuing to use Viply after that you accept it.
