For tour agencies

A free Dubai trip assistant for your tour group

Viply helps each traveller in your group plan the days, book with a tap, and check in at places. It is an early prototype, and the pilot is planned for November and December 2026.

How a group joins

  1. Get a group code

We give your group a code and printable QR cards. We need the group size, the dates and one short briefing for your guide.

  2. Each traveller joins

Travellers scan the QR code, choose English, Turkish or Arabic, and read the privacy notice. A traveller joins the group after giving their own consent.

  3. Plan and check in

Travellers get a day plan on WhatsApp or the web, and check in at places with a QR code or their location. They collect points and can swap them for partner vouchers.

What the agency sees

Totals for your group, nothing about individuals.

  • How many travellers joined and how many have a plan
  • Visits for the group as a whole
  • Figures built from fewer than five trips (usually one per traveller) are hidden, including the number who joined
  • No messages, no plans, no locations, no names or phone numbers

What we ask of you

  • A rough group size and the travel dates
  • One short briefing for the guide, so they can help travellers join
  • Telling travellers that joining is optional and personal

What we do not claim

We have no results to show yet and list no agency or venue partners on this page. Viply is a prototype run by Next Vision Ai, LLC.

Questions from agencies

Is it free?

Yes, during the pilot there is no fee for agencies or travellers. Terms for anything after the pilot are not set, and nothing will be charged without a written agreement.

Do travellers need to install an app?

No. Viply works in WhatsApp or in a web browser, in English, Turkish and Arabic.

Who gives consent?

Each traveller, individually, on their own phone. A guide or the agency cannot consent on behalf of anyone, and travellers must be 18 or older.

What does the agency see?

Totals for the group only, such as how many joined and how many visits were made. Figures built from fewer than five trips (usually one per traveller) are hidden, including the member count. The agency never sees messages, plans or locations.

What data does Viply keep?

Viply reads your location when you check in. The check-in position is kept for up to 90 days after the trip and is then reduced to the place. Chat messages are kept for 90 days after the trip, check-in photos for 30 days after the trip ends, and traveller accounts with no activity for 12 months are erased. Messages sent before a traveller consents are deleted after 7 days. The full notice is on the privacy page, which is still a draft.

Can a traveller leave or delete their data?

Yes, at any time. Sending STOP pauses messages, and sending DELETE MY DATA erases the traveller’s data. The agency is not told who did so.

Does it replace our guide?

No. It is a pocket assistant for free time and for travellers who want extra ideas. The guide stays in charge of the group.

Is this an official government service?

No. Viply is a prototype by a private company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity.
